With a growing pipeline of mission-critical projects across New South Wales, this company is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to take ownership of the commissioning process on large-scale, technically complex data centre builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and specialist systems
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless commissioning delivery
• Review and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules
• Lead commissioning meetings, reporting on progress, risks, and solutions
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards throughout the commissioning phase
• Work closely with consultants and service engineers to verify systems performance and handover readiness

About You

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager, preferably on data centres or critical infrastructure
• Strong technical knowledge across MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and BMS
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure project environments
• Understanding of commissioning documentation, validation, and compliance processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel across NSW project sites as required
