A global leader in critical infrastructure and data center solutions is seeking a Head of Services to oversee and elevate national service operations across Japan.

🔧 About the Role As Head of Services, you will lead a growing team of project managers, field engineers, and service technicians, ensuring high-quality delivery of services, customer satisfaction, and business profitability. This is a newly created role, offering the chance to shape and drive the future of service excellence for one of the most important markets in Asia.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all field service operations across Japan
• Oversee a team of 4 direct reports, plus approved pipeline roles
• Drive high-performance delivery across installation, commissioning, and post-sales support
• Take full ownership of P&L and budget management
• Develop and grow long-term service agreements with key clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and regional leadership teams
• Enhance project management processes, reporting, and operational workflows

🎯 Key Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical teams in a services or operations environment
• Strong background in power systems, thermal solutions, or data center cooling
• Demonstrated project management expertise
• Hands-on experience managing budgets and P&L
• Familiarity with service agreements, contracts, and SLAs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluency in English; Japanese proficiency is highly desirable
