Role Overview
The Enterprise Relationship Manager is a hunter-focused sales professional responsible for driving new business within the Healthcare market. This role emphasizes identifying and closing net-new opportunities, building executive relationships, and leveraging channel partners to generate significant revenue. Success requires strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development within Healthcare accounts through channel partners and direct prospecting.
- Identify and engage decision-makers at state agencies, local governments, and educational institutions.
- Present solutions effectively, demonstrating value and differentiating from competitors.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to close complex deals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings focused on Healthcare.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise field sales experience selling software/hardware, ideally with Healthcare focus.
- Proven success in new business development, closing complex, six- to seven-figure deals.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of generating net-new revenue.
- Experience working in partner/channel-driven sales models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic prospecting skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
