Their technology enables manufacturers, robotics companies, and industrial operators to safely deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous equipment across a variety of environments. With a rapidly growing customer base and strong market traction, the business is entering an exciting growth phase across Europe following the launch of a new product line designed specifically for the European market.
As part of this growth, they are looking for an Account Executive to take ownership of the European territory, expanding existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across robotics, automation, defense, warehousing, agriculture, and construction sectors.
The Role
This is a highly visible commercial role responsible for driving revenue growth across Europe.
You will inherit existing customer relationships while also building a pipeline of new opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, robotics manufacturers, and industrial end users.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a high-growth environment, managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for Europe.
- Grow revenue within existing customer accounts through expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and win new customers across industrial automation and robotics markets.
- Build relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end-user organizations.
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.
- Drive adoption of newly launched products within the European market.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop market-specific campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across Europe.
- Deliver against annual revenue and bookings targets.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling into industrial automation, robotics, machine safety software
- Proven track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts.
- Experience selling to OEMs, system integrators, manufacturers, or industrial end users.
- Strong enterprise sales methodology and experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated success selling technical solutions involving hardware, software, or integrated systems.
- Ability to build and develop a territory with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience forecasting and managing sales activity through a CRM platform.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
